1. What PrepSure is

PrepSure is a study application that helps you prepare for the written portion of the CCO Mobile Crane Operator Core Examination. It provides practice questions and an interactive load-chart trainer for learning purposes only.

2. Not affiliated with NCCCO

PrepSure is an independent product. It is neither affiliated with, authorized by, nor endorsed by the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO). "CCO" and "NCCCO" are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to describe the exam this app helps you study for. Using PrepSure does not guarantee you will pass any exam or obtain any certification.

3. Training tool only — safety notice

Every crane, load chart, capacity figure and worked example in PrepSure is fictional and created solely for teaching. It does not represent any real crane or manufacturer's data.

You must never use PrepSure to plan, rig, or carry out an actual lift. Real lifts must use the specific manufacturer's load chart for the exact machine and configuration, and must follow your employer's procedures and all applicable regulations. PrepSure covers the written exam only; it does not prepare you for the practical (hands-on) exam.

4. Your purchase

The full version is a one-time purchase made through the Apple App Store and governed by Apple's terms as well as these. Payment, refunds and restoration of purchases are handled by Apple. A free tier is available with a limited number of questions.

5. Your content and device

Your study data and profile are stored on your device and are your responsibility. We do not have a copy and cannot recover it. Use the in-app backup to protect against device loss.

6. Acceptable use

You may use PrepSure for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app or its question bank, or use its contents to build a competing product.

7. No warranty

PrepSure is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. While we work hard to keep the content accurate and have it reviewed by a certified operator, we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it reflects the current exam in every detail. You use it at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepSure and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any exam result, any certification decision, or any incident involving crane operation. The app is a study aid, not professional or safety advice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
